The main ingredient in classic porridge is oatmeal, which of course has a very high carbohydrate content and is therefore not suitable for keto use. But that doesn't mean that we have to start the day without porridge!

We have developed a low-carb version for you that is completely without grain and instead consists of flax seeds and coconut flour which are not only low in carbohydrates, but are also full of healthy fats, which is ideal for those who lead keto/low-carb lifestyle. Of course, our porridge is completely without added sugar, because we use stevia for adding a bit of sweetness.

With only 3.3 g of carbohydrates per serving (prepared with unsweetened almond milk), you can then snack on a large bowl together with mixed berries. 

The preparation is super easy and quick. All you need is to add some liquid, either water or unsweetened almond or any other nut milk and optionally some berries and cinnamon.
